The Lifting Accessories Inspection involves examining pieces of equipment used to attach the load to lifting equipment, creating a connection between the two.
The Lifting Accessories Inspection / loose Lifting Gear must undergo physical examination and load testing according to recommended standards to ensure safe operation.
Once we complete the required tests, we will issue an Inspection report to confirm compliance with safety regulations and suitability for use.
HITS inspection engineers and technicians, who are trained and certified to LEEA and ASNT, will issue an Inspection report if the equipment and machinery do not comply with the requirements of the relevant standard.
The report will provide a full description explaining why the equipment and machinery failed the inspection.
In Lifting Accessories Inspection, we conduct a thorough visual and operational examination of each lifting gear item to ensure its integrity and continued safe operation for lifting operations.
We perform lifting gear inspections regularly based on the standards and specifications of the equipment and its usage. Typically, we use a 6-month inspection interval as a guideline.
